Shipping
Standard delivery is free on every UK order. Most standard UK orders arrive in 7 to 18 days.
Postage for any other country is shown before you pay, and it is sometimes free.
On some orders you can choose an optional paid Express upgrade at checkout, in the UK or overseas. Express is only offered when a faster courier is available for that basket, and the price is shown before you pay. UK-warehouse items keep free standard delivery.
Items marked “Ships from the UK” are posted from a UK warehouse and usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. These items can only be delivered to UK addresses.
Most orders arrive in 7 to 18 days.
Customs, import VAT and duty
Orders to addresses outside the UK may have to pay import VAT, customs duties and courier handling fees on delivery. These are set by your country and aren't included in our price.
